Police were alerted to the shooting by the department’s new ShotSpotter gunfire-detection system at about 8:42 p.m.
The incident is being investigated as a hate crime & police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to provide any information
Rewards may encourage the public cooperation needed to apprehend those who have committed serious offenses
