Upon completion of prerequisites and swim test, candidates must enroll and pass the Lake Lifeguard Academy ($15/hour)
Attend a Virtual Information Session February 15 or February 23 and Learn How to Become a Contract Class Instructor
After completing the Academy, Cadets will be eligible to become Lake Lifeguards
Candidates will get paid for a 64-hour training which includes becoming certified though the American Red Cross in Emergency Medical Response
