A man and a woman were taken into custody after allegedly stealing a cellphone from an out-of-town visitor in West Hollywood over the weekend
The incident occurred at roughly 1:30am on Sunday morning. A spokesperson for the Sheriff's Department declined to comment further
"If they need art to train the AI, they could ask artists or license existing work. Instead they're going online and stealing it"
The case has yet to be presented to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for the filing of charges
